i5 3570k too hot?

I have recently overclocked my i5 3570k through ASUS AI Suite II's auto tuning setting. Through its several stress tests, the program decided that 4.4GHz was safe enough for my CPU to handle. I am not running a stock cooler, as I have recently installed a Corsair H100i, which works VERY well. I decided to play Battlefield 4, which is a very CPU intensive game for those who don't know, and I was maxing at temps in the low to mid 70s(Celsius). Is this too hot for the CPU to sustain for long periods of time? Will it cause any kind of real damage?
Thanks all.

That's not bad for a closed loop cooler and well within the CPU limit of ~90C. Generally water coolers have higher overall temperatures but still have the heat capacity to keep it at that temperature under load. For example my Haswell i7 gets to about 80C with an h80i.

I am not one to care at all about noise, fortunately. I actually prefer Corsair Link to monitor temps and activity, and have even set the LEDs to respond to the temperature, so I have a decent idea of the temp just by looking at the pump. I think Corsair did a great job with the software, as it is is totally not gimmicky in anyway; it's incredibly reliable and useful in my opinion.
