I just got a new fan for my pc, and i want to control it using speed fan.
The problem with the fan is that since i have had it, it has been running at 100%.
since i have been using speedfan for a while, i have found out that I can control my CPU fan but not my new one.
The fan is running at 4000 RPM (VERY LOUD) and i would like it to be running at about 1500.
I have attempted to fix this using this using the bios but there were not many fan related settings.

The fan i have added has called its self "CPU 1 fan". Below it usually has a little box with fan speed %. but for this fan it doesn't.
