I've received this message on a few websites in the past, most recently Funimation's website.

I just wanted to make sure that this message is legitimate and not a virus.

If it's not a virus itself, could it be caused by a hijack attempt on my PC or something?

Can't see any reference to "Cloudflare" on your screenshot so your post makes no sense to me.

The CAPTCHA feature is used extensively on the web to prove that you are a real person and not a web robot which is software that runs tasks (like logging in) automatically.

If you are worried about malware, give your system a complete malware scan. The CAPTCHA feature is not malware.
