Did you think that worth?
This will cost $100 more, but the computer will be really better?

The 650 ti boost is not at all a bad card for 1080p gaming. Don't go for R9 270x (20% better in benchmarks) if it costs you more than $30 more . And when you're going to upgrade to 780 you don't need to worry much.

I Understand.
Other thing, do you know if I change the i5 for Fx8320 and the motherboard for a Asrock 970 and maintain the R9 270X is a good ideia? or is better stay with i5?

Better stay with i5. the 4670k is the most popular price-performance haswell out there. With a bit of overclocking it can outperform the 8320. And like I told don't worry about 650 ti boost if you're upgrading to 780 in future.

760 is better than 270x but at a more premium price. In my advice go with the 4670k and 650 ti boost as: (Don't aim much on GPU as you'd be upgrading to 780, competitor to r9 290x at cheaper price)
The Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz has a 41 Watt lower Maximum TDP than the FX-8320, and was created with a 10 nm smaller manufacturing technology. What this means is the Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz will consume significantly less power and consequently produce less heat, enabling more prolonged computational tasks with fewer adverse effects. This will lower your yearly electricity bill significantly, as well as prevent you from having to invest in extra cooling mechanisms (unless you overclock).

I know that, but for me know it's really more cheap than other, will be like:

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($84.99 @ Newegg)

In a few moths i change for a i5-4670k and it's okay... Maybe I really will need a cooler just for sure.

But the FX-8320 will heat really more?

Consider the fact:
1) If you're buying AMD, you have slightly better performance but with other blackmarks (heat, power, non reliability)
2) If you're buying Intel, you're buying an advanced CPU with solved above issues, but at a higher price.

Probably I will buy with the 650TI, but do you know with games will run very well?
Because if I buy the 760 I will play all games in ULTRA...

Other thing do you think that I need a "special" cooler?

The 650ti boost will be able to run most of the gaming titles in medium settings at 1080p with playable fps. Buying a 780 in future will let you play all of next gen titles in highest possible settings. So, you're fine with that.
With i5 4670k, the stock cooler is sufficient but if you intend to overclock it you'll need a to buy a better cooler.
Editor's Choice - Cooler Master HyperX 212 EVO. (best performance-price product)

Cooler Master HyperX 212 EVO is better than H80i (Water Cooler) ?

You know very little about AMD processors if you think they are unreliable

Power usage is fractionally higher at idle and mildly greater under gaming load
