My GPU is going from 99% to 30% every few seconds in games

After a ton of fighting to find the problem with my stuttering i think i have found it -> http://imgur.com/XT2ArgM This is within 3 minutes of playing maybe ANY ideas?! Anything at all that can help me? I will post pictures if it is fixed with any help.

My GPU is in the bottom gpu pci-e card holder and it is a 7850

temps: cpu/gpu 40 idle 50/60 when running bf4

most likely a driver problem your setup is fine. unistall and reintall. 13.12 is the latest catalyst is i recall

this happens on every game you play or just a particular one? also does keeps happening if you lower the gpraphic options(antialiasing-post prossesing....)?

Upon further inspection it looks like campaign is completely free of the stutters Turning down the antialiasing and post prepossessing sofar has worked ill see if it totally fixes it

Well so far im doing well but im still dropping to 80% use

Other than switching my anti-aliasing and post prossessing i switched on x-booster on my computers bios

Nope, just got a spike after about 10 minutes in bf4.. Sigh well looks like im fucked lol

disable core parking with this utility http://pctweakworld.blogspot.gr/2013/01/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility-for.html
if you are on windows 7. removes micro stutter. your gpu cant keep up with with max settings. also you could try some overclocking. with my rig maxed out without msaa i get 50-80fps

Cant download it, i dont know the problem, but the site leads me to a whole ton of different download sites and none work.. Windows tells me my cpu cores are unparked already...

In game it tells me my packet loss is high. This makes sense that it would mess with stuff because i can play campaign fine but that wouldnt affect my gpu's performance.

i cant recall from with site i download it , to tell you the truth.it works fine with me it completly removed micro-stutter! and i have less cpu spikes.keep in mind that bf4 is very demanding especially on multiplayer. also monitor your peformace on other games too, to see how it performs!im pretty convinced nothigs wrong with your pc.

woke up this morning and reset my router, played a couple games without any spikes.. i dont even know. maybe it is just random
