I'm able to use this on computer with Windows 7, but not on my other computer with Windows 7 for my wife. My Option Windows does not come up on this second computer in order to open up, but it shows that it is working, but cannot find it anywhere to open it. Thank you in advance for any help that you can give me. I'm not to savvy with this kind of stuff to fix a problem.

Solution
It may just need a drive letter assigning to it manually.
Using your wife's computer and with the drive attached, go to
Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management.

In the bottom-right panel, find the ribbon relating to the missing drive. It will have no drive letter and it will say "Raw" for it's description, with no drive name.

Right-click on that ribbon and choose "Change drive letter & paths".
Click "Add".
Choose a letter from the drop-down list or accept the default by clicking 'OK'.
After a few seconds, the ribbon description should change to show the drive name and letter.

The drive should then be visible in Windows Explorer.
