Looking to buy a new computer in the next month or so and was hoping for some feedback - here's the current partlist:

^ This, you would need at least an 750w processor...but dude for your price you'd probably be much better going for Intel... an i5 3570k and a 760/770 if you can afford it are a much better buy...but remember if you consider this change your mobo to an intel socket...and also I have the 200r and it is a great case for the money.
