Best Gaming PC for $500-$600?

I have wanted to build a gaming PC for a long time but couldn't because I didn't have enough money. Some days ago, my grandfather told me that he would give me the money. He did. Now I just need to build the best PC possible with the money. I already have a keyboard, mouse, and a monitor. I should use $500 on the hardware and $100 to buy the OS but I could use all the money to buy the hardware and wait to get $100.
Is it possible to get a PC good enough to run Skyrim with an ENB?

Please try to explain stuff as simple as possible. I have never built a computer before. Will I be able to upgrade parts of the PC?
Another question:
I live in Germany but I buy everything in the US. Would there be some kind of problem because of the different voltage? Should I get a converter?

with that budget is really hard to build an upgradeable and powerful PC.
You can have two ways - buy full computer now OR buy a good AMD processor(with good video "card") and upgradeable motherboard and psu. Actually, AMDs integrated video can play skyrim on high at 30 fps AND can have hybrid crossfire with discrete card.

So my best guess if I would build such a budget computer - I would buy :
1) A10 6800K(140$) or A10-7850K(175$, newest one)
2) motherboard - 2-3 PCI-E x16, 2 memory channels, something like ASRock FM2A88X Extreme6 (90$)
3) RAM - 4gb - 40$
4) 650-750-850 PSU (70-100$, 140$ at max)
5) a case with it - (140$), case separetly - 50-80$(really hard to find good case with PSU, but good case worth investing)
6) HDD 1 tb - 60$
7) Plus some 20-50$ on different stuff like fans all over the place.
That will be your 500$ PC, it would run actually any games on low-medium-high(you can get reviews for the A10 6800K integrated graphics performance).
Later on you could buy HD 6670(75$*3 max) to improve your performance(it has support for the hybrid crossfire with your CPU. Maybe this will change to R7 series with new CPU.). Totally 4 cards in crossfire. Or you could buy some of the good cards, like R9 280.

A good cooler(good water-based or just big air) for your CPU(50-90$), add one more memory stick(40$), add SSD(128 GB 100$) and you will have your good budget PC for totally 1k$ at max upgrade. It can have issues with some games wich don't have good support for the crossfire. Also you might want to have 750 and maybe 850 watt PSU for that kind of crossfire. This computer will last for long time, especially if you will buy fm2+ motherboard and replace cpu with the newer one.

Or you could try to build budget computer, it could be a beast for the short time but will be converted to a trash in two years.

This one will be good but it is without an OS though, download the trial version and use it for a month if you wish.

The the voltage compatibility depends from PSU to PSU but I believe the one I have chosen has support from 100V-240V.

You could also switch the Gtx 650 ti (Video card) to a cheaper alternative (Possibly to this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr779oc1gd). Also the case itself I only selected for it's front panel 3.0 usb header support.

That's what I would buy for 600$. Value case and 80+ Bronze PSU, Six Core CPU and Radeon R270 for good perfomance at 1080p gaming.

This is so hard :/ You guys have been helpful but some of the parts have bad reviews. I have never built a PC before but I thought it would be easier than this. I don't know what to buy.

The only one I see having "some" bad reviews is the motherboard. But again, any motherboard can be faulty. If you don't like the Gigabyte you can go with Asus M5A970 R2.0. I just prefer Gigabyte.

The build I create for you is the best you can get for that budget. If you don't want to buy the Gigabyte motherboard get the Asus one. It's the same price
