Will this setup be okay?

Hi,
I am currently upgrading a system I purchased custom built late 2012 and I was just wondering if it would be okay with this new GPU and PSU?
So currently I live in Australia so my options are a bit more limited however I am looking at this GPU and this PSU.
This is my build:
Case: Very large case so room isn't a problem.
Motherboard: P8H61-M LX3 R2.0 (Possible motherboard upgrade next christmas too match CPU upgrade.)
GPU: Asus 7850
Ram: 16 GBs 1600MHz
CPU: Intel I7 3770 (Planning a possible upgrade to a 3770k or 4770k next christmas.)
PSU: 550w (This is unknown but it appears to be just a cheap PSU.)
HDD: Seagate 3TB 7200RPM
SSD: Intel 120GB
Fans: 1 LED blue fan and one normal.

Any help or your thoughts would be great, I am a bit new to this stuff.

Would that still be okay if I plan on overclocking my CPU a bit? I am also looking into a fan for the 3770k at the moment I saw this one http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc14pe. I am thinking about water cooling but how much trouble is it?
Thanks for your help. :)

That's a pretty good cooler, water cooling is more troublesome in terms of maintenance whereas air coolers you could just clean then by using a can of compressed air

That 80+ gold PSU you linked should give you enough headroom for some overclocking as well
