It came with windows 7 64 bit, but stopped working, so I had hands on a Vista Business 32 bit and decided to install that on the machine.

But the wireless doesn't work. It doesn't detect any wireless network.

I go to device list and where it says ethernet and other stuff there's yellow exclamation marks on them.

So what could be the problem?

You have to install the drivers for it.

If your PC came with Win 7 64-bit, going back to Vista 32-bit is a downgrade. How much RAM do you have in your system? 32-bit OS are not only slower than 64-bit, but also not able to handle more than 4GB of memory. I would reinstall Win 7 64-bit if you want maximum performance out of your machine.

But if you decide to stick with Vista, USAFRet already answered your question, you simply need to install your drivers.

I've got 2GB on my netbook.
I'm currently downloading the drivers from the device specific website so it should work. Currently running ubuntu so I'm going to reinstall win vista and drivers and will report back if it works.
