Hello,
I have two Acer monitors with VGA connectivity and the ASUS P8H61-MX R2.0 motherboard which has one VGA port and a DVI-D port.
I'm using a VGA to DVI-D converter for my second monitor, but I don't get an image on the screen at all.
I don't have a graphics card, I use integrated graphics using a i7 3770.

Is there any way at all that I can use a second monitor?

Thanks,

I guess it is in fact a passive dvd-i-to-vga-converter and that doesn't work. If it is the active dvi-d-to-vga-converter, right click on the desktop, goto resolution and check the resolution for the second monitor. That doesn't work automatically with this converters and in addition they only support some specific resolutions.

Where can I get a cheap active converter? (I'm in the UK)
