i want to speak directly using microphone and that will not be recorded, that will be directly play in the speaker

1. Open the Sound Settings
On Windows 7, go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Manage Audio Devices (or click Sound).
2. Enter the properties of said Microphone and enable the Listen feature
On this window, go to the Recording tab and right click on the microphone you mentioned. Then click Properties > Listen, and check "Listen to this device".
Make sure that "Playback through this device" is set to the correct speakers. If you're on a different Windows OS, navigate to the Sound settings in whichever way you know how and step 2 should be the same.
