How to install LEGIT windows 7 with a USB

I am looking to buy a new copy of windows 7 because I have windows Vista 32 bit and I want 64 bit for some games I can't play. So I am right about to buy the CD on amazon when my CD drive that I usually never use breaks! Now I have to install windwos using a usb. The promblem is that how will I do this while using a LEGIT copy of windows. Does anyone know how? I am going to go for a clean install, clean hardrive.

You are able to boot windows 7 from a usb.
Microsoft has it's own USB/DVD tool located here:
http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/html/pbPage.Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool#usage
You can follow the instructions to copy Windows 7 to USB and make it bootable.

Also, since your CD/DVD drive isn't working. You might have to download the Windows 7 ISO file.
