Hi, just bought a new SSD because i wanted faster boot time on my os and just a faster pc overall. But i have all of my windows files on my hdd. I have read that migration isn't the best, and if i install windows on the SSD, and I'll have to format my Hdd which will remove all of my files. How can i avoid that?

Your current HDD is two partitions, C & D?
OK...no prob.

Disconnect the HDD, install the SSD, and install...

Do you have all the install files/disks/serial numbers for your applications?

A clean install is the best option.

Install the OS, do all the Win updates, install your applications. Most on the SSD, some on the HDD.
Your personal files (pictures, etc) can be put anywhere.

I have a copy of windows 7 ultimate with all the serial numbers and everything to install it new on my SSD. And in my hard drive i have divided it into 2 (C and D) where C is smaller. Since i have done that i should be able to move my personal stuff and other things that i want to keep onto D and format C and install windows on the SSD right?

OK...no prob.

Disconnect the HDD, install the SSD, and install Windows.
After all the Windows updates and it is working, reconnect the HDD and boot.

Move your personal files to whichever drive you do NOT want to use to install applications to.
Install your applications where you please. Some/most on the SSD, others on the HDD in the now empty partition.
