hello I have recently finished building my first pc and the stock cooler for my FX 6300 isn't the most quite CPU fan and is loud when gaming. I don't have that big of a case either its a fractal core 1000 so the only liquid cooler I could get would be a 92mm radiator one and I cant find any for sale in the UK. could someone tell me a few good CPU coolers for my budget and if someone could find a 92mm liquid CPU cooler for sale in the UK that would be great, thanks

There aren't any reasonably priced 92mm liquid CPU coolers that ship to UK. Why don't you consider a slim air cooler like this one that will be light years better than that stock AMD cooler?

Cooler Master hyper 212 evo. Probably the best CPU cooler you can find for 30 bucks. It keeps my Xeon 1230 V3 boosted at 3.6 GHz at an average of 55 degrees under full load.

hyper 212 evo has been a favorite cooler for a long time, other than that your looking at $70-100 for a really good cooler.
