Flickering Monitor Help! New PC!

Hey everyone, I recently built a PC around 2 weeks ago, and since then it's been doing a weird "flicker" every 5-10 minutes. This ONLY happens in google chrome, which is weird. Any suggestions very much appreciate

AMD FX-6300
R9270X
MSI-970A-G43
1X8 CORSAIR VENGANCE
WINDOWS 8.1
550W PSU RAIDMAX

I think this could be from the AMD drivers. Make sure your drivers are up to date.

I had a problem with my 7870 where the card wouldn't send information to my monitor after 30min of gaming. I would just unplug and put back in the DVI cable.
