I want to give my Asus laptop with Windows 8 to my mother.
I have read lots of guides, but nothing seems to work. I need an iso or a bootable usb, which I thought I created in windows, but it doesn't work when I go to recovery and complete system refresh. It says that "files are missing".
FYI, I have no disk drive or an installation disk. As said this is an OEM.
