hi, i just installed win7.
1- when i creat a new connection this message appear "The modem(or other connecting device) has reported an error".
2- so, i configure my modem auto-connection.
3- some times i connect but the browser said there is no internet "unreachable page" .
but most of the time i can't connect "error 651".
so i try cmd ping "send 4, receive 1, lost 3".....
4- i turn off the firewall, anti virus .... nothing happen
5- i also try win8, no success
note:
i have 2 computers, the first use win xp and the second win7
i connect with the same moden on win XP with no problem.
HOW I CAN CONNECT ON WIN 7?
