start the pc on keystroke

after i switch on the power and press any key on keyboard my pc start without the need of physically switching on my cpu start button..
how is it possible and can you explain??
My rig details:
motherboard: gigabyte B75-D3H
processor:i5 3450 quad core
PSU: corsair vs 550
ram: 4gb corsair vengeance
hdd: wd 1tb cavair blue
graphic card: nvidia asus gtx 650-ti 1gb

I checked my BIOS usb startup is disabled....
 

It's obvious that modern motherboards may have USB support enabled by default... because you need USB support to use the keyboard in the BIOS now that most keyboards are USB... and with PS2 keyboards you wouldn't need the setting.
