my old pc was not quite good enough to play bf4 comfortably so i decided to build a new pc to play bf4. but apon building my new rig i noticed that my gpu load was only ever at a max of 50%. now while this gives me sorta playable fps. the seccond i start to stream my fps will drop to 40 no matter what the settings? surely i could be getting more fps if my gpu would actually receive a reasonable load. my cpu is normal i think. you will have to tell me 40-50% not streaming 70-90streaming. i have a sapphire hd 7970 btw.
