My sons Tosh Satellite C670 is failing to boot. Unfortunately we did not create any recovery media before lost it and have tried the power up and 0 to go to recovery menu but this just takes us to Windows Boot Manager and offers us the chance to start Windows 7 which if selected just gives a blank screen. Can anyone suggest next steps?
