I built a pc. Here are the specs.
- zalman z11 plus case
-msi z87 g45 motherboard
-500gb and 2tb hard drives
-corsair vengance 8gb ram
-intel 4670k
-Msi radon 7850 graphics card
- asus sound card
- random disk drive
-500watt PSU

I turned it on and guess what my whole houses power cut out, luckily at the time I was using a torch and fixed it. Anyone know what caused it? And how I can fix it?

Wow. Just wow. haha It's almost impossible to happen, but things I think your fuse at home was ageing already, check the main switch of your home. And also check if you are using 110/220 for the red switch at the back of your PSU. But even if it was on the wrong voltage, the PSU would just be ruined and not the fuse of your home. HAHA
