I am going to build a PC (my first) and i'm on a tight budget. How does this build look? I know that I have an APU and a graphics card in there, but I got them both for Christmas, so I'm going to use them both. I have the HDD, RAM, and Optical drive as well, I'm just looking for some critique from people with experience. Thanks in advance!

- Go for windows 8. I don't really see a reason to go with windows 7 almost 5 years after it's release. Windows 8.1 will be longer supported (including DirectX). You can also avoid the tiles and use it like windows 7 with some tweaking. EDIT: I just see that windows 8 is 15 bucks more expensive.. so windows 7 is a better choice inthat case.
- I would choose a better chipset like the A75. It has SATA600 and usb3.

Overall looks good, I've seen some bad experiences with Biostar mobos but that doesn't mean it will happen to you, still, if budged allows it see if you can invest on a better mobo, higher quality capacitors and more VRMs will give you a mobo that will last longer and a larger room for OCing.
