Looking for different components for building a gaming PC

Hello everyone

As the title says i am looking for different parts for a good gaming pc. I am upgrading from a laptop with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor p7450 2,13 GHz, and Nvidia GeForce GT240M 1GB. Those are the limiting factor on my laptop :)

I am currently located in China and will be staying here for another 6 months so i will buy all my components from Hong Kong. Which means i have no clue what parts i can buy from there.

Games i play will be Crysis 3, Bioshock infinite, Skyrim( Heavily Moded ), Far Cry 3, Dragon age: Inquisition (when it comes out).

I was thinking of using parts like:

Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 780 Ti/ 780/ 770/ 760 or AMD Radeon R9 290x / 290.

SSD: Samsung 840 pro 256GB/ 840 evo 250 GB.

HDD: Barracuda 3 - 4 TB.

Ram: Croshair Vengeance 1600MHz (2X4Gb) / (4X4Gb) or Kingston Technology HyperX 1600MHz (2X4Gb) / (4X4Gb) (Do not know if i should go for 2133Mhz insted of 1600Mhz).

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64bit).

CPU: preferably Intel CPUs, i7-4770k / i5- 4670k

PSU and air cooling that can handle overclocking.

Motherboard is the biggest question for me though. I have heard that Asus is making good once and do not know much about MSIs Motherboards.

Case: I will not bring the case with me back to Sweden when my 6 months are up. So nothing to expensive (will not overclock while i am in China).

The monitor i will use will most likely be a projector with 1920X1080 resolution as if it is a big screen i will not be able to bring it back with me.

So i if some one could recomend some components for me or just things to look for when i am doing my shoping it would be great.

Please tell me if you need some things clarefied or if i should change the listing structure.

Thanks in andvance.

Amazon China looks like it has these components. Frankly, I don't feel like looking through the page to find suggestions, so hopefully someone else can help.

It also might be helpful to post what your max budget is for the build.
