MSI 970A-G46 CPU Phase Lights, Boots up, but doesnt display anything on screen

So when i boot up my computer Everything turns on and is running, But there is no screen that shows, my cpu phase lights are a little whacky, i have the first third and fourth on. But the second one is off. I have a 8350 cpu and a msi 7950 gpu, I also have tried reseting the CMOS but still nothing, if you have any ideas on what could be the issue please leave a comment,

Yes everything is connected im thinking the motherboard may be bad but it seems to give everything power though. I just have no clue what the 2 phase light does and it doesnt tell me in the mobo manual
