Solution
If you're concern that disabling the anti-surge can messed up your system by the power supply, then get a new power supply and try that out.
If you're stilling going with a Corsair, then grab a TX, HX for 80Plus Gold rated, and AX if you want the best.
CX for cheap builds or on a extremely tight budget.
are both 6pin power connectors pluged in to graphics card?(overloading power draw from motherboard slot if not)

could be power supply failing, get a hardware monitor and look at the voltages, start a full load non full screen task and watch voltages do they move around a lot?

The voltages stay between 0.992 and 1.000v with only escential programs (mouse driver, gpu griverand antivirus) and both pci-e are connected.

This is the PSU , http://www.corsair.com/en/power-supply-units/vs-series-power-supply-units/vs-seriestm-vs650-650-watt-power-supply.html?___store=en&___from_store=es
I dont know about pins and that stuff :(
