DarkRaider8701 :
I looked at your PC, and it has a PCIe x16 1.0/1.1 (Not sure which one: doesn't matter) If you can go $250, I would recomened a gtx 760
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130932 . Stay with that if you can. If you go at $200, I would go with a 660
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121660 . It will be able to play most new games at medium/high/very high( very doubtful on crysis 3 etc.). The reason I only list NVIDIA cards is because they are the only ones backwards compatible. PCIe 3.0 AMD cards are not, because they use a power saving feature only found in 2.1 and 3.0.
I was Looking at the GTX 660 but under specifications it says i need a 450W Power SUpply and mine only show that it is 375W? Will this be an issue?
Yes it will. You will most likely have to get a new power supply for almost any graphics card. Maybe not a gtx 650, but it will not run newer games at high to very high settings. I could recommend a $20 power supply, but you will not be able to sli until you get a new power supply. I would recommend this PSU:

I would strongly reccomend you this GPU
