In Civilization V on directx9 I'm fine but when I go to directx10 I lock up. I have a bare bones dual core 2100 3.1 GHz processor with 6 G RAM and an intel HD graphics card w/1642 MB. What component do I need to upgrade and to what? Any help appreciated.
