I've basically tried everything. I have 8 GB of RAM. The BIOS says I have 8 GB in the slots through the North Bridge, but 4 GB is usable... In Windows 8.1 64 Bit, I have 8 GB, but only 3.9 usable. I have memory remapping enabled, I did the msconfig fix, etc etc. My brother has the exact same PC, same BIOS version, same components, everything is the same. I don't understand...
