im in need of a new GPU im bottle necking with my radeon 5830 ever since i OC my fx-6300 to 4.5ghz. im looking to say at the 200-275$ price range. And the card can be 10.5inches but i rather it be a little shorter than that

Yes, Gtx 760 is $250. It is the best card in that price range. Any higher than that would be Gtx 770 for $330, while any less for that would be a r9 270/ 270x for $180-$200.
I personally have the Gtx 760 with the fx 8350 over clocked to 4.5ghz too. It runs great! I highly suggest it.
