if you shop at a reputable dealer (e-tailer) you should be able to find an equal performing new card for around the same.

As you can see the 660TI is better than the 660. $150.00 is a great deal. If you buy the one off craigslist ask the questions like has it been overclocked, was the tower in a hot room that kinda stuff. If there is anyway he could hook up the card and show you that its working would be a good thing to do as well. But its up to you in the end.
