Hello! I have recently purchased an ASUS Z87 Expert motherboard and for whatever reason, I cannot seem to get my rig running. When I power my machine, the q-code indicator shows the number 13, and then the whole thing powers off. A few seconds later, the machine re-powers itself and again shows the number 13. Rinse and repeat. I have contacted their customer service, and they seem to believe the problem involves the RAM. I purchased a set of RAM that is specifically compatible with the board, as outlined on their website. However, this also did not work. I called again, and they suggested that the board may be defective, and I returned it to my reatiler. I have gotten a new one, but the problem persists. Any help is greatly appreciated, and let me know if I missed anything. Thanks!
