I just built a beastly computer but was having second opinions about my build. There are currently no problems with it but I just want a second opinion. I currently have the i7-4820k with an Asus x79-deluxe motherboard. I was wondering if getting the i7-4770k with a slightly cheaper sabertooth z87 lga 1150 motherboard would be better. I mainly play games and might want to stream in the near future. Any advice would be awesome.

Is getting the 4770k a downgrade from the 4820k?

Erm... If you already got 4820K (like you already bought it and it sits in your rig), then why would you want to downgrade to 4770K?
4820K is better, you get a beefier PCI express with much better SLI/CF support and generally better motherboards.
