How do I find if my memory sticks are not compatible

I bought 4 X 8 GB memory sticks (individually). I read few posts online talking about buying memory in kits vs single sticks. However, none of them provided any sort of hard data to prove the point.
So I decided to test my memory speed. My question is how do I find if one of my memory is not compatible with the other one? Or if any one has data that can convince me to return this and buy memory in kit will be very helpful?
I have a dual channel DDR3 GSkill Ripjaws if that matters. Here is benchmark that I did using maxxpi. I do not really know if this is good or bad for 32GB of RAM. Maybe one of you can explain this better to me.
