That's the computer he is using. It has been upgraded to 8GBs of RAM. He should be able to play most games on low setting. If I'm correct, his GPU should take what RAM it needs to help play the game. That's why we upgraded it to 8GB. I'll post a link of the message he gets. He shouldn't be getting this message. Any ideas? We have tried almost everything. Any no, the BIOS doesn't have an option for dedicated memory use.

Wrong. No matter how much RAM you add graphics performance won't increase.

Obviously. Its an integrated GPU, so it takes the memory it needs from the system. He plays the game on low. We are not trying to increase graphics performance. Unless you can help with a possible fix, then don't post. The Intel HD 4000 should be able to play 80% of the games out there on low. Which is what we are trying to do.

It could be a bug with the evolution engine program. Have you monitored how much physical memory the program uses when it's in use? For troubleshooting try disabling any services that are attached to it in msconfig and restart, if that doesn't work try to re-install.

He told me it's happened in League of Legends before. So I don't think it's the engine.
