I'm getting a computer. It has an i5 4670 and a nvidia geforce gtx 770 2 gb sc. What are the requirements on a motherboard to get max performance on SLI? Like x16 I;m new to computers btw.
Thanks

If a motherboard has two PCI-E slots, it doesn't always mean it is SLI capable. If one slot is x16 and the other is x8, the second slot will run at slightly less performance in SLI configuration. There still needs to be some mention of SLI capability. Research the board; most Z87/Z77 mobo's are SLI capable.
