Dust filter getting sucked onto fan

I have a Corsair 900D with Cooler Master Jetflo intake fans and on the bottom intakes when the fans are full speed, the filter gets sucked in and makes a super annoying sound because the fan blades are hitting the filter.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I rarely put the fans on 100% but when I do its annnnnnooying.

  1. Is there a way to put a stiffener rod or 2 through the filter or between the filter and the gan (usually a thin rod of metal about the thickness of a pencil lead).

There is space but what can I use to stiffen it up?

Maybe some solid copper wire used in wiring? makes sure it is solid not twisted. You can even leave the insulation on if you want to.
