4440 idle temps 45c southern california ok?

ok I ran a prime test with core temp running
my cores idle are around 28-32
my cores after a hour of prime are 70-74
my max temp is 75 on one core, other cores are 74 max
this is in a mini itx cooler master 130 case with stock fans, and stock cpu cooler, in warm southern California
so is this ok or do I have a problem.
