If you go to DXDiag via using Run (on Win XP) or searching for it on Win 7, you may see cpu usage, and if you go to www.techpowerup.com/gpuz and get Gpu-Z, you may view gpu usage. Have whatever you are playing in window mode and look at both programs.

In dxdiag when you look at cpu usage, play a game in windowed mode and look at usage. If it is low, then look at gpu-z. if you get it, you will see gpu usages. If your cpu is high, and you gpu is low, it will most likely be your cpu. I really do not think it is. It most likely is the gpu.

Are you trying to run these cards in 2 way SLi?
