I'm currently building my first computer after doing lots of research. I haven't bought any of the parts yet, but here are the ones I was going to get. This computer is for playing games such as WoW and Simcity and a few others. Let me know how you think this computer will perform as far as framerate issues, latency issues, or any other important variable that would affect gaming. I just want to be able to play the games on max settings with great framerate, esp WoW. Thanks.

Solution
Well on the wow benchmarks the 770 is averaging about 23 more fps. So depending on what resolution you are gaming at that could make the difference from playable to noticable lag in refresh rates. At 1920x1080 you should be fine. However if you plan on playing more intensive games like First person shooters it would make a real difference.
