Not a bad build at all, the only thing I would suggest is replacing the PSU with either the 520w Antec(semi modular is the same price and the non modular is $10 less) or the 620w Antec(non modular is only $6 more and the semi modular is $16 more). And you'll need a 3rd party cpu cooler if you plan on overclocking.
