I would suggest the Asus. The difference is mainly in the build style. With two fans the Asus is a great choice, performance-wise you won't see a difference between the two cards but the Asus should stay cooler.

Also, if you have an extra 40. May I point you towards the GTX 760 -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130932 It's a better card right now, as it's brand new and uses newer technology. Good luck and I hope I helped!

EVGA: Core Clock 1046MHz Boost Clock 1111MHz CUDA Cores960

ASUS: Core Clock 1020MHzBoost Clock1085MHz CUDA Cores960

Other than that ASUS has an after market cooler that will probably run cooler but dumps heat inside the case, the EVGA card is a blower style whch will dump all heat out of the rear of the case. EVGA is known for their outstanding customer service as well.

With a clock difference of about 20-30, the decision maker is the companies and the cooler. EVGA is a more reputable company for sure.

Check out the 760 from EVGA I linked, I really think that's a better choice if you're already spending 200.
