The image you posted shows Hamachi it is working properly. As to the encryption, do you have a specific reason to suspect the software is not working the way Logmein says it does? If you need a high level of assurance, then you probably need a professional individual setup with a known level of safety rather than a proprietary low cost commercial/free offering.
