Need Help for Choosing a Graphics Card!

Hi, I'm new in this website and I was wondering what graphics card should I put in my AMD build. My price range is around $100-$250.

AMD Build
(CPU): AMD FX-8320 Eight Core 3.5Ghz
(Motherboard): GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P AM3+
(Power Supply): Thermaltake SMART Series SP-750PCBUS 750W ATX 12V 2.3
(SSD): Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB Internal SSD Serial ATA-600 2.5"
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 200R Black Steel / Plastic compact ATX Mid Tower Case

The best you can get for $250 is R9 270x or GTX 760.

Right now I'm afraid that Radeon cards are not a good value because of the stupid litecoin miners. This is a more powerful card in the same price range:
