I am moving from Geforce 640 2GB to Geforce 560ti. Will it be upgrade or degrade. Please tell me coz to use this 560ti card i have also invest in PSU unit more than 550w.

You won't have to spend much on a new psu, probably time for a new one anyhow. Think $50.00 to $75.00 for psu.

Wait, so you currently have a 550W and think you'll need a bigger one? A single GTX 560Ti system does not need a PSU that big, not even close. As long as it has the necessary PCI-E 6-pin connectors and is of decent quality, you can continue using your current one.
