How do i start a VPN connection business ?

Good day house, am new here but i intend to start a VPN connection business like mainvpn.com or worldvpn.net

I plan to sell only dedicated IPs which means i will be needing lots of IPs but i want to know how this whole scenario works, where and how do i buy the IPs, how do i sell, i need the system to be fully automated like mainvpn.com whereby one can load his account with either perfect money or egopay and do purchase IP with the credit in his account.

Any info will be greatly appreciated

You want to start a business and you do not even understand how you obtain IP addresses you are going to fail. You are worrying about how you collect money before you even figure out if you can get the product you want to sell.

First you must buy the access to the internet from one or more current ISP unless you currently own a undersea fiber laying company. This is your major costs. You must also buy a data center to place all your equipment in. Once you get all this stuff arrange you either are going to have to buy IP addresses from the ISP or you are going to have to put together a business plan strong enough to justify one of the major IP allocation entries to let you have your own.

How can you even think to start a business selling IP addresses when you don't know what you will have to pay for the IP address yourself.
