need to make gaming pc 90,000rs

i am a complete rookie
need this build to be future proof
parameters
1)i have a cabinet,mouse,keyboard dont include these
2)i have a Kobian PI945GCM i dont know if this supports gtx graphic cards
3)i at least need gtx/radeeon hd graphics
4)need it only for gaming so windows 7/8 accepted
5)i dont know anything about overclocking
6)monitor - i dont care much for the monitor brand
7)prices over here are atleast 1.5-2 times their us counterparts please keep this in mind (i dont want to ship any component)

If that build fits into your budget you got an excellent PC! There will always be as many opinions on the optimal build as there are readers here in the forum, but I would say that you can go for this build exactly as you wrote it down and never make a mistake!

Hell, that build even includes an SSD, which is a luxury item, but without hurting compromises elsewhere, so go ahead and get it!

Forget the ancient mainboard if you need something future-proof. Also, we have no idea what stuff costs where you live, so perhaps you want to come up with a random suggestion (complete with part prices) that fits inside your budget, and we comment on it.

gtx 770 seems ok 35000rs
i dont need an i7 i will stick to i5 10000rs
