I'm having a problem where my monitor goes black for about 1-2 seconds then there are blue horizontal lines and blue dots everywhere. This only occurs when I'm using the computer, not when it is idle. I opened up GTA IV and the blue dots were everywhere to be seen and made the game almost unplayable. I have an Nvidia GT 640 with the latest drivers.
