Hello,

I wanted to buy the AMD FX 8350 cpu with the mobo GIGA-BYTE GA-990XA-UD3 (AM3 / 970 chipset)
Is this a good choise or not ?

The Gigabyte 990FX is a very good choice for the FX8350.

Yes it is having the multiple power phases as the more expensive 990FX boards.
