building a budget gaming pc for a friend and want to know your opinion and/or suggestions.

Cpu: AMD Athlon X4 750K
Gpu: Club 3D Radeon HD 7850 '13Series
ram: Corsair Vengeance lp 4gb 1600mhz cl9
mobo: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-HD3
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX430
hdd: Seagate Barracuda 1tb 7200rpm
Case: Fractal Design Core 1000

yes seasonic psu's are great but wanted to make the pc as cheap as possible, but I think I will go for that one or for the xfx ones if there cheaper since there basicly rebranded seasonics.

I'm also looking at the Cooler Master B500 (40,-) would this be a good choice?
Saw a review of it and it performed decent when having pc that doesnt require the full 500w.

Also does anyone have something to say about the other components?

Personally i wouldn't have gone with this one.
Its not certified, wouldn't take risk.
Dont wont my components to burn.
:(
Atleast take a 80 plus bronze certified.
